We always like to talk to our guests, so you can book over the phone by simply calling us.

Alternatively you can book online via this website and we will follow up with a call to confirm any requests or answer any questions.

We take payment via credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheques payable to Snowhill Properties.

We understand that you might not be able to make a decision right away so we are able to provisionally hold your chosen property for a period of time at our discretion (no more than 48 hours).

The hire rates are based on 7 nights and shorter breaks of 4 nights or fewer but will always do our best to accommodate your preferred dates. The decision is at the discretion of the owner so please phone and ask.

There are 2 metro stops close by: Alonso Martinez and Chueca and there is a train stop, Recoletos.

We do not allow pets at the apartment.

You can arrive at the apartment any time from 4pm to 10pm on your arrival day unless otherwise arranged.

We ask you vacate the apartment by 10am on your departure day in order for the cleaners to prepare the property for the next guest. Failure to do so may incur costs that you may have to pay for.

Prior to your arrival you will be given a name and telephone number to contact before and during your stay for any queries or issues that may arise.

Bed linen and towels are provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival. A change of bed linen will be provided ONLY if requested and for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Please let us know when booking or note on your booking form if a change of linen is required. We recommend that you bring rubber undersheets/waterproof protectors for young children. Cot bedding is not provided.

We require a minimum deposit of 30% when you make your booking. The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

If you book less then 6 weeks before your arrival date then the full amount is due at the time of making the booking.

Should you need to cancel a reservation for whatever reason, this must be requested in writing to admin@www.snowhillproperties.com or via the contact page of the website.

We will attempt to re-let the apartment on receipt of cancellation and if we are successful we will refund you for monies paid minus an administrative fee for £50.00 per booking.

If we are only able to re-let the apartment for part of the period booked we will refund an amount equal to the monies paid less (1) the rental for the period that is not re-let and (2) an administrative charge of £50.00 per booking.

If we are unable to re-let the apartment for the period booked you remain liable for the final payment on the due date as indicated in the Payment section.

If we are successful in re-letting the property for the whole or part of the period of the booking after the guest has made the final payment, the guest will be reimbursed in accordance with the refund conditions above.

We advise that you take out separate holiday cancellation insurance.

Museums: Prado, the Reina Sofia and the Museo Thyssen are all within a 20 minute walk of the apartment. There are countless more museums and galleries and worth looking up online to find ones that would be of interest to you.

Shopping: Calle Serrano, where all the luxury brands are to be found, is a 10 minute walk and Fuencarral, the main shopping street, is around the corner.

Markets: Again there are countless markets (usually open on Saturdays) with different selling points so do look them up online. The famous El Rastro is the world renowned flea market but there are many more worth exploring, especially the many delicious & vibrant food markets.

As well as many beautiful walks around the various neighbourhoods of Madrid going rowing in the Retiro Park is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

The apartment is cleaned and beds made up prior to your arrival.

There will be an additional clean arranged for each week of your stay.

Extra cleaning can be arranged on request and for an extra charge.

Food stores include La Magdalena de Proust (Calle de Regueros, 8) and Carrefour Express (Calle de Hortaleza, 65).

There are several pharmacies nearby on Calle de Fernando VI, Calle San Gregorio & Calle de Hortaleza.
