Booking
Welcome to our new cottage! 3 Coastguard Cottages has just undergone an extensive renovation and joins our other cottage in the same terrace, and is now available for bookings.
Lettings run from Friday to Friday. Arrival time is from 6pm and departure time is 12 noon, dependant on times agreed. If you need to arrange an earlier or later time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will require a deposit 30% of the total cost of your stay plus any extras at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. The person booking the property must be over 25 and staying at the cottage. We will also require a damage deposit of £500 which will be refunded within four days of your departure subject to inspection of the property. For enquiries about short or long stays please call or email us to discuss your requirements.
High season from £2,100 per week.
Mid season from £1,500 per week
Low season from £900 per week.

Please note that no pets are allowed during July and August. From September to June there is a £30 extra cleaning charge per week when you bring your pet.
If you are interested in booking the cottage over New Year we ask that you contact us by phone. Please note that on-line bookings for this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to book a short stay (1-3 nights), for dates less than 4 weeks in advance, the rate starts from £660.00 all inclusive and increases to £1000.00 depending on the time of year. Please send an email with the dates you are interested in.
